    As for the handling of personal information possessed by OZAX CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “our company”), our company understands that personal information is an important asset, and recognizes the important responsibility of our company to handle personal information properly. In accordance with the following privacy policy, our company will strive to protect personal information.
    2.Scope of Application
    The present privacy policy applies to all the personal information possessed by our company.
    3.Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
    Defining the purposes for collecting personal information, our company collects personal information within a reasonable range of our company’s business, and uses personal information within the range of the collection purposes. Where personal information needs to be used beyond the range of the collection purposes or to be provided to any third party, a clear consensus shall be obtained in advance from the source of the relevant information. However, this does not apply to the any of the following cases.

    6.Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information
    Our company is fully aware that personal information holders have the rights to demand disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and deletion of their personal information. Our company establishes a personal information help desk so as to promptly respond to such requests in accordance with the laws and regulations.

    In addition to implementing proper management for personal information that is used in the course of business, our company builds and maintains an appropriate system in order to handle personal information properly while conducting business.
    8.Formulation of a Compliance Program
    In order to implement this privacy policy, our company formulates a privacy policy compliance program. While executing this program by publicizing it in-house through training and educational programs for employees, our company continuously improves this program so as to maintain the best state on a constant basis.
