1910 (Meiji43) The first President, Tetsutaro Ozaki, founded Ozaki Yoshi Ten (Ozaki Western Paper Store) as a private company.
1920 (Taisho9) Ozaki Yoshi Ten was incorporated as Ozaki Yoshi Ten Co., Ltd. with capital of 100,000 yen.
1938 (Showa13) Shanghai and Hong Kong Sales Offices were established. *Closed at the end of the World War II in 1945.
1948 (Showa23) Tokutaro Ozaki assumed the post of President, and Tokyo Branch Office was established (in Nishiginza).
1960 (Showa35) Higashi Osaka Logistics Center was established (in Izumicho, Higashi-ku, Osaka City).
1963 (Showa38) Tokyo Branch Office was relocated to Uchikanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
1964 (Showa39) The corporation was renamed Ozaki Shosan Co., Ltd.
1966 (Showa41) Nagoya Sales Office was established.
The new building for the Osaka Headquarters was constructed.
1972 (Showa47) Settsu Logistics Center was established (in Torikaihachibo, Settsu City, Osaka).
Kyushu Sales Office was established (in Kurume City).
1973 (Showa48) The new Tokyo Branch Office building was constructed.
1974 (Showa49) Corporate capital was increased to 200 million yen.
Sapporo and Hiroshima Sales Offices were established.
Kyushu Sales Office was relocated to Fukuoka, and was renamed Fukuoka Sales Office.
1975 (Showa50) Sendai Sales Office was established.
Singapore Representative Office was established.
1978 (Showa53) Toshihiro Ozaki assumed the post of President.
1985 (Showa60) Minoh Logistics Center was established (in Senbahigashi, Minoh City, Osaka).
New York Representative Office was established.
1989 (Heisei1) New York Representative Office split off as Ozaki U.S.A. Corporation.
1990 (Heisei2) Singapore Representative Office split off as Ozaki Singapore Corporation Pte.
1991 (Heisei3) Fuse Logistics Center was established (in Takaida, Higashiosaka City).
Sapporo, Nagoya, and Fukuoka Sales Offices were promoted to Branch Offices.
Ozaki Europe GmbH was established.
CI was introduced, and the corporation was renamed OZAX CORPORATION.
1993 (Heisei5) Shanghai Representative Office was established.
Higashimatsuyama Metropolitan Logistics and Processing Center was established (in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama).
1995 (Heisei7) Yamanashi Logistics Center was established.
1996 (Heisei8) New sales offices were established in Yokohama, Saitama, Chiba, and Yamanashi.
Higashiosaka Logistics Center was established (relocated from Minoh, Fuse).
1997 (Heisei9) The new Tokyo Branch Office building was constructed.
Kitakyushu Logistics Center was established.
Gyoda Logistics Center was established.
1998 (Heisei10) Takigawa Logistics Center was established.
1999 (Heisei11) Kumagaya DC was established (in Kumagaya City, Saitama).
2001 (Heisei13) Okinawa Sales Office was established.
2002 (Heisei14) OSD Network Co., Ltd. (overseas corporation) was established.
Higashiosaka Sales Office was established.
2003 (Heisei15) ORCHID USA was established.
2004 (Heisei16) Oku Yoshinori Shanghai International Trading Corporation was established.
2008 (Heisei20) OSD Network (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established.
2010 (Heisei22) Toshihiro Ozaki assumed the post of chairman.
Toyohiro Ozaki assumed the post of President.
Global Orchid Malaysia Co., Ltd. was established.
Nagareyama Logistics Center was established.
The memorial celebration for the 100th anniversary of foundation of OZAX CORPORATION was held.
2011 (Heisei23) 2nd Tokyo Branch Office was established.
2012 (Heisei24) 2nd Nagareyama Logistics Center was established.
2nd Kansai Logistics Center was established.
Fukuoka Logistics Center was established.
2013 (Heisei25) Kashiwa Logistics Center was established.
2015 (Heisei27) Toyohiro Ozaki assumed the both posts of Chairman and President.
2019 (Heisei31) Hirakata Logistics Center and 2nd Hirakata Logistics Center were established.
OZAX Vietnam was established.
2020 (Reiwa2) The Tokyo Head Office moved.
