Message from the President
For over 110 years since its foundation, OZAX Corporation has walked its path as a specialized trading company in packaging and industrial materials, sustained by the steadfast support of our many customers, suppliers, and local communities. First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your longstanding patronage and support.
I have recently assumed the position of President and Representative Director after serving as an outside director for approximately two years. I take on this new responsibility with a profound sense of duty, succeeding Mr. Toyohiro Ozaki, the fourth-generation Chairman and President. In doing so, I am committed to inheriting the rich history and trust built by the Ozaki family over four generations of management, alongside the strong relationships our employees have forged with our partners and customers.
Under the banner of our "Third Founding," we are currently working to evolve our business structure and enhance our corporate value. The environment surrounding us is undergoing significant shifts, including the growing complexity of social issues, the transformation of supply chains, and the increasing need for advanced environmental initiatives. We view these changes not as threats, but as opportunities. By further refining our capabilities as a trading company, we will evolve into an organization capable of delivering even higher added value.
Furthermore, we will aggressively promote the strengthening of our corporate governance, ensure highly transparent management, and build a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

Corporate Philosophy
Through the creation of new values,

OZAX strives to make contributions to “creating a prosperous future” by means of the “creation of new values.”
The expression “rich” we use here contains a lot of meanings including “economic richness,” “mental richness,” and “richness in everyday living.”
Aiming to create a future overflowing with such “richness,” we consider that the “creation of new values” is equal to delivering “impression,” “satisfaction,” “security,” and other factors for customers and offering a “friendly environment,” “safety,” and other similar elements for the society, which have not previously been provided, in “different forms” such as products and functions.
Our goal is to work together in order to contribute to creating a wonderful future filled to the brim with such “richness.” Since its establishment, OZAX has put forth every effort to be the first to provide “new values” while always looking ahead to the future. Continuing to create the “new future” for the world, we are going to pursue every form of “richness” that is necessary for people to live so as to make further contributions to the society.
